Daifa Food Expands with Deer Park Industrial Property Purchase

Daifa Food Inc., a Long Island-based restaurant group, is expanding its footprint with the acquisition of an industrial property in Deer Park.

The company purchased the 29,500-square-foot building on 1.66 acres at 28 Brandywine Drive for $7.4 million. Daifa Food plans to occupy roughly a third of the space, while existing tenant Garden State Engine & Equipment will continue leasing about 5,000 square feet.

Originally built in 1982, the property features 18-foot ceilings, four drive-in bays, and two loading docks, offering the flexibility and functionality ideal for both distribution and light industrial use.

Linda Lin of Ashford Homes represented the buyer, while Gary Schacker of United Realty represented the seller, 28 BW Drive Inc., in the transaction.
